A&A Records is seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Club Promoters. As a Club Promoter, you will play a vital role in promoting our events and driving attendance to our club nights. Your goal will be to attract a diverse audience, create a vibrant atmosphere, and ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote upcoming club nights and events through various channels, including social media, word-of-mouth, and online platforms
Engage with potential attendees, both online and in-person, to generate interest and excitement
Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and posters, in strategic locations
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative promotional strategies
Attend club nights and events to provide support, interact with guests, and ensure a positive experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent networking abilities and a natural ability to connect with people
Enthusiasm for the music and nightlife scene
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing techniques
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Please note that the salary for this position is based on performance, as your earnings will depend on the success of the events you promote. Additionally, this role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with the need to be present at the club every Friday.
